How long is a party?
    Birthday parties are 2 1/2 hours long. You may arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of your time slot to set-up, and you will have 15 minutes after your time slot to clean-up. Failure to clean up your party area will result in a $50 fee charged to your credit card.

What is included in my party?
    VIP parking is provided for the parents of the birthday boy or girl. The party takes place in a shaded area which has 4 picnic tables, 1 serving table, and a trash receptacle. The birthday boy or girl also receives a bucket of feed and a party photo to commemorate their special day!

What do children do during a party?
    The party begins with a Clydesdale-drawn wagon ride around the farm. Wagons leave promptly at the start of your party so advise your guests to arrive on time. Each child will receive a wristband and a token for the electric tractor ride.

What else can they do?
    Children up to 100 lbs. can enjoy unlimited pony rides, Moonbounce, and the Trike Trail (oversized tricycles ridden through a hay maze). They can also play in our animal center filled with many types of farm animals, information on each animal, a huge straw pyramid, a mini maze, a chicken house, the Wooden Play Train and numerous grassy areas located amidst 40 acres of beautiful farm land.

What about food?
Yummy!

We offer Domino's Pizza delivered to the farm for $12.99 per large pizza or $14.99 per Deluxe pizza. Each pizza can be sliced into 12 or 16 pieces. Please place your order one week before your party. You may also bring your own food to serve during your party.

What about decorations?
    We understand that you have a special theme in mind for your party and you may bring tablecloths, tablecloth holders, balloons, party favors and eating utensils to match your theme. We also have a special parking spot to honor your child on their special day. To protect our animals and the environment, we encourage you to thoroughly clean up at the end of your party. Failure to properly clean the area will result in a $50.00 clean-up fee charged to your credit card at the end of your party. Thank you for your cooperation.

Who will be there to greet me?
   One of our friendly party hostesses will be on hand to greet you and give you your wristbands.

How much does it cost?
    It is $330.00 for up to 15 children; each additional child is $20.00. *The Early Bird Special is $280.00 for up to 15 children with each additional child being $20.00.
Payment is expected at the beginning of your party.

Can we barbecue?
We do not allow barbecuing at Underwood Family Farms
because it is a fire hazard.

What about smoking?
There is no smoking within the gates of Underwood Family Farms.
Smoking may take place in the parking lot.

May we bring our dog?
We love dogs, but they must be on a leash & be cleaned up after!

How do I make a reservation?
To make a reservation, please call (805) 523-2957. A $100.00 deposit is required at the time of booking (we accept Visa or Mastercard.) The deposit will be refunded in the event your party is rained out OR for cancellations at least two weeks in advance.
